https://www.commonwl.org/v1.2.0-dev4/ is published along with a new cwltool. This is a release candidate for CWL 1.2, there are no more pending changes, so I am asking everyone to take a look at it and let us know if you find any typos, confusing text, or other errors that we should fix before releasing v1.2. Please post your comments on a github issue or make a pull request at https://github.com/common-workflow-language/cwl-v1.2 .
