I want to start having an video chat time that’s reasonable for the
Asia/Pacific/Australia CWL community to attend. Here are a couple of
times, please let us know what works best:

-> This time is a little early for Japan, but has the benefit of also
being working hours for the US West coast (but that’s only useful if
there are any west coast people who would attend who currently don’t
because of the scheduling). Late night for EU but not quite past
midnight.

-> More reasonable working hours time for Japan, also more accessible
for potential China attendees, after hours for US west coast but not
terribly late. Early morning for EU.

Please let me know if you are interested in attending, we will set the
time based specifically to accommodate those who plans to attend.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for initiating the discussion. Both of the suggested meeting times would be suitable for Melbourne - Aus. Hence, I’ll be very happy to participate.

I should be there as well! Both work for me, I don’t know if we’ve decided if 9AM or 12PM Melbourne time, but I’ll try to watch out for messages.

Thanks to everyone for coming, we will be having these meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 01:00 UTC (this is Monday night for US participants).
